La Escuela de Operaciones Sicológicas es una escuela de post-grado con estándares de calidad educativa, reconocida a nivel nacional; aportando profesionales con nivel de competencias en operaciones de información, en el arte y ciencia militar, en provecho de la institución y el país, nuestra misión es brindar educación de calidad al personal militar del Ejército y otras instituciones en el campo de las operaciones de información, en el arte y ciencia militar, aplicadas en el Sistema de Informaciones del Ejército (SIIE), que permitan cumplir con los roles estratégicos del Ejército
